Conflicts and wars are widespread in the initiative countries in a remarkable way, making their societies vulnerable to displacement from conflict areas and heading towards areas outside the borders without international attention, whether in its humanitarian or conflict aspects. Thus, the population spreads in the Sahara Desert, exposing themselves to the risk of death at every moment from thirst, hunger and wandering, which requires the supervision of the initiative countries. We need to address this phenomenon by developing a special program for managing shelters and providing the necessities of life to refugees.
